Neon EVM is a high-performance, open source platform for launching decentralized applications on the Solana blockchain using the same programming languages and developer tooling as Ethereum. Ethereum developers can scale performance and access new liquidity without significant code changes, or build scalable applications from day one.

We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Head of Growth to lead the development of Neon EVM ecosystem (the key metric is TVL) and drive the innovation that defines Neon. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in dapps/users’ acquisition, activation, retention, and upsells.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire, convert and retain customers through innovative strategies and by enhancing Neon EVM's positioning, as well as user experience and engagement.
• Engage with token-holders to garner support for Neon EVM campaigns and activities.
• Analyze competitors' acquisition and retention strategies, conduct customer interviews to inform strategy development.
• Create and communicate a comprehensive growth plan to achieve Neon EVM's TVL objectives.
• Coordinate and motivate Marketing, Product, and Bizdev teams to work collaboratively towards growth goals.
• Establish and monitor analytical dashboards to track performance metrics effectively.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully scaling user growth at a fast-paced startup or tech company.
• Experience leading a team of growth marketers and data analysts to achieve business objectives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and the cryptocurrency industry is a plus.
